While I was trying to track down some info for Divaville Lounge (btw, I'll be guest-hosting Divaville Lounge this Sunday, 2-4pm EDT, WXDU, 88.7fm or click on the link in the sidebar for the website), I found this awesome site, Solid!. And it certainly is. Lotsa info on lotsa big band and swing performers and a few lounge acts as well. Altho it's not as on point there -- they have an entry on Esquivel but nothing on Martin Denny or Les Baxter. Still there's biographical info, recordings, even movie listings.
