More deep-fried fun! Here's a slide show of new foods at the Arkansas state fair. Nothing quite as out there as deep-fried beer but a couple of things that I'd try (cheeseburger on a stick! cabritas wrap!) and I can't believe no one had come up with the deep-fried Hershey's Kiss before this. Love the description of the cream puff "big as a baby's head" as well.
NC state fair starts tomorrow. We're planning to go next Wednesday.

We did try cheeseburger on a stick, remember? Either last year or the year before. It was a beef patty and a slice of cheese battered and fried. I remember being disappointed that it wasn't an entire cheeseburger, bun and all. Also, the oil wasn't hot enough and it was greasy.
