He is, in case you didn't know, president of the IOC and he apparently felt the need to give a verbal smackdown to Usain Bolt for celebrating after he broke 2 world records in winning the 100m and 200m races. Something which I'm told, btw, has never been done before. But god forbid anyone appear to be having fun. Quick, someone check and see if Rogge has actually been replaced by Roger Goodell. Well, I guess having fun is okay if you're a US swimmer stutting and screaming like Kong or a beach volleyball player dry humping the sand. Maybe it's not okay if you're a 6' 6" Jamaican.
