Rainy and gray today. Not cold (that's not coming until tomorrow) but with the week just past, enough to set me into a daylong blah. Which might not be the worse thing as, starting tonight, we're off onto the mad social whirl thru next weekend.

With the Amazon gift certificate I got from Sarah's folks for Xmas, I got One Kiss Can Lead to Another. 4 CDs of girl groups from the 60s from the fine folks at Rhino. Not my usual thing, it's true, but I was impressed by the reviews I read. Plus the ultraswanky packaging. Hatbox to hold the CDs (which look like compacts) and booklet (like a diary)
